1. About Jeff Struecker Ministries

Jeff Struecker Ministries, Inc. ("JSM," "we," "us," or "our") is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry. Our mission is to equip warriors, veterans, and believers with bulletproof faith through biblical teaching, speaking events, media resources, and ministry programs.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, the JSM mobile app, or any content or services offered by JSM, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and the JSM app - including but not limited to text, blog posts, sermon recordings, podcast episodes, video content, images, graphics, logos, and the "Bulletproof Faith" and "The Warrior's Soul" materials - is the property of Jeff Struecker Ministries, Inc., or its content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Share links to our content on social media with attribution.

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any JSM content without express written permission.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use Jeff Struecker's name, likeness, or image for commercial purposes without written consent.

4. User Conduct

When using our website, app, or any interactive features, you agree not to:

5. Purchases and Donations

Store purchases: Items available in the JSM Store are sold subject to applicable pricing and availability. All sales are final unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part. Contact info@jeffstruecker.com within 14 days of receipt for defective item claims.

Donations: Gifts made to Jeff Struecker Ministries, Inc. are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. JSM is a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 99-2191482). Donations are non-refundable except in cases of processing error. By donating, you acknowledge that JSM retains full control and discretion over the use of donated funds in furtherance of its charitable mission.

Payment security: All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. JSM does not store full credit card numbers on its servers.

6. Speaking Engagements and Event Bookings

Inquiries for speaking engagements submitted through our website are not confirmed bookings. A speaking engagement is only confirmed upon the execution of a written agreement between the requesting party and JSM. JSM reserves the right to accept or decline any speaking request at its sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Amazon (for book purchases), social media platforms, and Subsplash (for the JSM app). These links are provided for convenience only. JSM has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or terms. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

8. Ministry Content and Faith-Based Guidance

The content provided by JSM - including blog posts, sermons, podcast episodes, and other resources - is intended for general spiritual encouragement, education, and discipleship. It does not constitute professional counseling, medical, legal, or financial advice. 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. JSM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JEFF STRUECKER MINISTRIES, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF JSM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL JSM'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JSM IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jeff Struecker Ministries, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the website or services.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Muscogee County, Georgia.

JSM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Termination

JSM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to the website or app, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, JSM, or third parties.
